But first off, what even is a 'Shaman'? In my opinion someone who has been through hell, made friends with their own demons, overthrown their bullshit, laid down their armour, tended to their inner sense of self, and walked out having found their light!
What does a Shaman do? That's simple, turns back around crosses over once more, to help guide those lost in the dark with nothing but an ember, back to the warmth of life! At their pace, with a warm embrace, with sincerity, and authenticity,
so when YOU are ready.....

So who am I?
I've been a carpenter, a cook, a cleaner, a lover and a fighter. A husband, a brother, a son and a parent. A writer, a poet and a painter. A victim, a bully, a genius and an idiot, a member of the lost, and the found, the square and the round.

Psychedelic Intergration
Taken a psychedelic? Not sure what to make of it? I get that, I have had moments were I don't know if I'm coming, going, been, gone, or still fucking there! Having a psychedelic experience can be amazing, and terrifying, But how do we bring what we experienced back to our waking life, and what do we do with it? There's always an answer, everything is going to be ok!
Traditional Smudging
Smudging doesn't mean drowning you in Sage smoke! First we open your energetic field, give it a quick wash down, Then using the smoke ( Sage, Palo Santo, Copal, many more) driving this smoke into your Narwi's (Chakras) and reading the smoke!
Drumming meditation
Percious (That's my drum), we have worked together for a while now, He loves to come to Barcelona with me, But what he enjoys most, is enveloping people in a blanket of vibration, leading them through a portal of calm!

Kambo
What is it?
Simple answer; it's the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor, which contains a toxin that your body is not going to like!
Not so simple answer; A medicine from the rainforest of South America, discovered by a Shaman who was lead to its discovery whilst in ceremony with Ayahuasca to save the people on his village!
As I like to say 'the dirty little secret of the medicine world, no one likes having Kambo, but every one loves to have Kambo!'
Why have it?
Kambo is by no means a simple task, 'Fight or Flight, not today, my body has gone into 'oh shitballs this is it, emergency go GO GOOOO! As it causes through my blood, my brain wants to explode, the heat is almost unbearable, what's tied my stomach in knots, who's pounding my kidneys together, I don't know what that organ is but fuck that hurts!' was my initial thought!
'Drink some more water dude' I hear, 'get fucked' I respond, as I pick the bottle up for another sip.....
As everything i've just drank fills a bucket, containing all the bullshit iv been holding in my organs since forever, 'what is this now causing through me, waves of paradise on a sun drenched beach, cocktail in hand, Damn I'm sleepy'
After waking up, I felt invigorated, every cell felt replenished and replaced, I felt like a 5 year old, and I wanted to go play outside!
Cacao
What is it?
Simple answer; Chocolate, in its most pure form! spoiler alert... IT'S FRUIT!
Not so simple answer; A fruit that natively grows across South America, it's roots tracing back thousands of years, traditionally reserved for kings priests and nobility, it found its way into the Doula's kit (Andean midwife)

Prepared and cooked in a specific manner, it will allow your heart to open, to feel the fullness of your feelings!
It draws a chemical from your bone marrow that produces new stem cells! (yes bold statement) It has another magic substance in it that repairs neuro pathways, and creates NEW ones! No I don't have any formal ‘training’, or shiney pieces of paper from some academic institute, but I do have experience, I have had my share of ‘trauma’ and dark days, and I have managed to work my way through that, with the help and guidance of a therapists, friends, and plant medicine. and this has lead me to where I am now! content, with many different views on many different things.
Now I wish to share the knowledge and wisdom I have accumulated, with you!
Illumination
A tricky question to answer, is what it is! A shaminc tool that nds its origins deep within the Andean mountain regions, I can't say what ‘exactly’ it is, as it's more of a teaching that has been passed down through generations and across from teachers to students. I can't even give you the nuts and bolts description of it, as the teachings are more of an outline, to which I am encouraged to develop into my own. So my interpretation of it: a spotlight on the bullshit stories you are sick of telling yourself, we shine the light together, to seek where they hide, and we pull them out, one by one, that may be 20 in one session, it may be 3 in three, there is no set record, no set time period, no judgment, and absolutely no pressure. One thing I will say is set, is a requirement, a condition, a transaction of reciprocity,
